Baan Banyan is perfect for entertaining and dining at home, alfresco or indoors. The first building, upon entry at the upper-level, houses the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and comfortable Living Room, with a flatscreen TV.
This space can be opened up for cool sea breezes or closed for air-conditioning as per guests’ desires. Outside is a Thai-style dining sala (a roofed structure with no walls), where guests can dine, or simply relax and enjoy the spectacular view of a hill full of lush foliage meeting the tropical ocean at the shore.
The view of course changes with light throughout the day. After sunset with few visible neighbors to the villa, the stars shine that much more brightly.
One level below, accessed by a staircase, guests find the Family room, with much of the villas entertainment activities, which opens onto a sun terrace and an incredible view.
Here is where the infinity pool and large covered area for lounging are located, and it too makes for an ideal spot to host a BBQ, or to play a match on the ping pong table which is always ready to be setup by the villa staff.
